Mid-Carolina Emergency Apparatus, Inc. began in 1990 as Countywide Truck Service.  Countywide Truck Service was a part time venture of David Pressley.  At the time, David was employed as a heavy truck mechanic in nearby Charlotte, NC. David was also a member of the Wesley Chapel VFD.  As part time work increased, nearby Fire Stations would contact Countywide Truck Service for service work on their apparatus.
Wesley Chapel Ladder 26	By 1997, David had enough work to make Countywide Truck Service a full time job.  Still growing by word of mouth, more and more work led into pump and electrical repairs as well as service and maintenance on all types of emergency apparatus.  As the business grows, so does the list of repair work available.
Wesley Chapel Engine 312	The company name was changed to Mid-Carolina Emergency Apparatus, Inc. in order to reflect the growth trend in the emergency apparatus field.  Mid-Carolina Emergency Apparatus, Inc. continues to grow along with the area that we serve.  The Union County area near Charlotte, NC is one of the fastest growing areas in the United States.   At Mid-Carolina Emergency Apparatus, Inc. our growth plans are aggressive as well.
